Our Volunteers Rock!
Delaney Smith
President
Delaney loves volunteering for QCRC because she enjoys watching the next generation of musicians in Springfield grow, and she benefits from learning alongside campers. At camp, she helps campers learn their vocal styles in Vocals Class and helps them create band merch in Printmaking. She is an animal lover and sings in a band with her friends. In her free time, she can be found hanging out with her animals or helping with the local record label Push&Pull Records.
Jahni Delmonico
Secretary, Camp Coordinator
Jahni has been volunteering with Queen City Rock Camp for many moons. Outside of camp she plays music locally, stays plugged-in through various community organizations, and supports DIY spaces & publications. At camp, Jahni helps campers explore their creativity through homemade publications called “zines.”
Sarah Prewitt
Volunteer Coordinator
Sarah is an elementary school teacher. She is a mother, partner, friend, and plays in an all female folk band. She especially enjoys the process of writing lyrics, and her main instrument is the guitar. Sarah is deeply inspired by the campers and is passionate about helping young people find their path, recognize their feelings, and use their voices.
Hannah Parker
Treasurer
Hannah is a local florist, cat mom, and avid gamer. She loves spending time doing DIY projects and hanging out with her friends. Hannah is a college graduate in French and plans on learning more languages. She has volunteered for many years and has enjoyed every moment of it. Her favorite part of camp is seeing the campers express their creativity through the art they make.
